RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

• We ensure the products sent to you are in good condition and match your order. We accept returns and exchanges only for full-priced products within 7 days from the date of purchase (Day 1 is the date the order is received). Products to be returned or exchanged must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached. Products must also be in their original packaging. The shipping fee for returned products is the responsibility of the customer.Pamuka reserves the right to decide whether the product is eligible for return or exchange, i.e., whether the product is unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with all tags in place.
• Products purchased during campaigns (e.g., discounts) cannot be returned or exchanged. For return and exchange requests, please send an email to pamuka.com.tr with your Order Number and reason for the exchange or call 0538 306 55 87. By placing an order with Pamuka, you accept our Store Policies.
